The Role
Residential Consultant
You won't just visit homes. You'll become someone people trust with them.
This isn't a sales job.
A Squeaks Residential Consultant is the first impression of our company. You show up with the client's favorite coffee in hand — ordered from their form submission, picked up on the way. You bring dog treats. You put on booties before stepping inside. You notice the dryer vent cover missing and mention it. You are a home advisor. The job gets closed because the client trusts you — not because you pitched them.
Show Up Prepared
Pull the client's coffee order from our calendar the night before. Order it on the way. Arrive 5 minutes early with coffee in hand and dog treats in your pocket.
Walk the Home as an Advisor
You're not just counting windows. You notice the cracked dryer vent cover, the algae on the skylight, the water stains on the frame. You log it, mention it, and make the client feel seen.
Use Our Consultation Tool
Work through our 9-step Consultation Builder on your device. It captures window counts, conditions, add-ons, and scheduling — and generates a ready-to-send client summary in the field.
Present Options Honestly
Three service tiers. A clear surcharge system. Straightforward pricing. We're not the cheapest option and you'll say so before they ask.
Close When It's a Fit
When the home is a good fit, you help the client take the next step — a date on the calendar, a deposit collected, and two summary blocks sent: one to the client, one to our office team.

How You're Rewarded
You earn what you close.
Advise honestly and it compounds.
You Earn What You Close
8% commission on every job you personally close, paid after the job is complete and the client leaves a review. The better you advise, the more you earn.
Mileage Reimbursed
$0.40/mile for every consultation you drive to. Log it, get paid for it.
Bonus for Being Trusted
$20 for every 5-star review that mentions your name. Paid monthly. There's no shortcut — you earn it by doing the job right.
